Can you help me find a movie?

Its this movie where theres a guy who is nearly killed by a girl, and
he wakes up as a sort of ghost, and is looking for his body. And if he
doesn't find his body, he'll die. But this girl doesn't want to tell
the cops where his body is because she'll go to jail, and hes
following her around trying to tell her to tell them where his body
is.

So yeah, if you guys could help me find that movie? I dont remember
its name, thanks!
